Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
— हे पार्थ! मुझमें चित्त लगाने वाले उन भक्तों का मैं शीघ्र ही मृत्यु-संसार-सागर से उद्धार करने वाला होता हूँ।
English Translation
— for them whose minds are absorbed in Me, O Partha, I become the swift deliverer from the ocean of birth and death.
Commentary (टीका)
This is one of the most comforting promises in the Gita. God Himself becomes the deliverer (samuddharta) of His devotees from the ocean of samsara. The word 'na-chirat' (without delay/soon) emphasizes divine urgency — God does not make His devotees wait. This personal guarantee distinguishes bhakti from all other paths.
