Commentary (टीका)

This verse gives the liberating promise — whoever truly understands the distinction between Purusha and Prakriti, and realizes that all qualities belong to Prakriti alone, is freed from the cycle of rebirth regardless of their current situation. This knowledge is not theoretical but experiential, arising from deep meditation and discrimination.
