Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
Giving up egotism, false strength, arrogance, desire, anger, and possessiveness — free from the sense of 'mine' and peaceful — one becomes fit for realizing Brahman.
Commentary (टीका)
This verse completes the description of the path to Brahman begun in verse 51. Six obstacles must be abandoned: ego, force, pride, lust, anger, and greed. When these fall away, the natural state of peace and selflessness emerges, making one ready for the ultimate realization.
