Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
Those whose intellect is fixed on That, whose self is absorbed in That, who are established in That, and whose supreme goal is That — they go to the state of no return (liberation), their impurities washed away by knowledge.
Commentary (टीका)
This verse describes total absorption in the Supreme — through intellect, identity, devotion, and ultimate refuge. When every aspect of one's being is oriented toward Brahman, and knowledge has purified all sins, one attains final liberation (apunar-avritti) from which there is no return to the cycle of birth and death. The fourfold repetition of 'tat' (That) emphasizes complete dedication.
