With the mind disciplined by the practice of yoga, not wandering to anything else, one who meditates constantly on the Supreme Divine Person attains Him, O Partha.

Commentary (टीका)

Abhyasa Yoga — the yoga of consistent practice — is the key to achieving single-pointed meditation. A mind trained through regular discipline does not wander at the critical moment of death. The word 'anuchintayan' (constantly meditating) emphasizes that this is not a one-time effort but a lifelong cultivation of awareness.
