Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

English Translation

Duryodhana said: O teacher, behold this mighty army of the sons of Pandu, arrayed in battle formation by your intelligent disciple, the son of Drupada.

Commentary (टीका)

Duryodhana cunningly reminds Drona that the opposing army is led by Dhrishtadyumna — Drona's own student and the son of Drupada, who was born specifically to kill Drona. By calling him 'your disciple,' Duryodhana provokes Drona's fighting spirit through a mix of flattery and implied reproach.
