Commentary (टीका)

The ideal devotee transcends the dualities of excessive joy and hatred, grief and desire, and even the concepts of auspicious and inauspicious. This is not emotional numbness but a state of equanimity rooted in devotion. The mind rests in God rather than being tossed by life's circumstances.
