Commentary (टीका)

Each type of action produces results consistent with its quality. Sattvic actions yield purity and inner peace; Rajasic actions, despite their initial promise, ultimately bring suffering because desire-driven action can never produce lasting satisfaction; and Tamasic actions lead to deeper ignorance and delusion.
