Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
Striving yogis perceive this Self established within themselves. But those whose minds are not purified, though striving, do not perceive it, being unintelligent.
Commentary (टीका)
Self-realization requires both effort and inner purity. Dedicated yogis who have purified their minds through discipline can perceive the Self within. However, those who lack inner purification cannot see it even with great effort, because a clouded mind cannot reflect the light of the Self. This emphasizes the importance of ethical living and mental purification as prerequisites for spiritual vision.
