Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

English Translation

The deluded do not perceive the soul departing from the body, staying in it, or experiencing through the Gunas. But those with the eye of knowledge see it.

Commentary (टीका)

Despite the soul's constant presence — whether residing in the body, enjoying sense experiences, or leaving at death — the spiritually ignorant cannot perceive it. Only those who have developed the inner eye of knowledge (Jnana Chakshu) through meditation and discrimination can directly perceive the soul. This verse distinguishes between ordinary physical vision and spiritual insight.
