Uttamah Purushas-Tv-Anyah Parama-Atme-Ty-Udahritah.
Yo Loka-Trayam-Avishya Bibharty-Avyaya Ishvarah.

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
परन्तु इन दोनों से भिन्न उत्तम पुरुष और है, जो परमात्मा कहलाता है। वह अव्यय ईश्वर तीनों लोकों में प्रवेश करके सबका भरण-पोषण करता है।
English Translation
But there is another, the highest Person, called the Supreme Self (Paramatma), who, entering the three worlds as the imperishable Lord, sustains them.
Commentary (टीका)
The chapter's central revelation — beyond both the perishable beings and the imperishable principle, there exists a third, the Supreme Person (Purushottama). This is the Paramatma, the Supreme Self, who pervades and sustains all three worlds (earth, atmosphere, and heaven). He is distinct from and superior to both Kshara and Akshara, yet intimately present within all creation.
