तत्रैवं सति कर्तारमात्मानं केवलं तु यः।
पश्यत्यकृतबुद्धित्वान्न स पश्यति दुर्मतिः॥
Transliteration
Tatra-evam sati kartaram-atmanam kevalam tu yah
Pashyaty-akrita-buddhitvan-na sa pashyati durmatih

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
ऐसा होने पर भी जो अपरिपक्व बुद्धि के कारण केवल अपने आप को कर्ता देखता है — वह दुर्बुद्धि वास्तव में नहीं देखता।
English Translation
This being so, one who due to unrefined intellect sees oneself as the sole doer — that person of impure mind does not truly see.
Commentary (टीका)
Despite the five-factor reality, the ego claims sole authorship of all actions. This false identification with doership is the root of spiritual blindness. Krishna calls such a person 'of impure mind' because their understanding is distorted by the illusion of individual agency.
