Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
इस नित्य, अविनाशी और अप्रमेय शरीरी (आत्मा) के ये शरीर नाशवान कहे गए हैं। इसलिए हे भारत, युद्ध करो!
English Translation
These bodies of the eternal, indestructible, and immeasurable embodied soul are said to be perishable. Therefore, O Bharata, fight!
Commentary (टीका)
After establishing the philosophical truth, Krishna draws the practical conclusion — 'therefore fight!' The body is perishable regardless of whether Arjuna fights or not. The soul is eternal regardless of what happens to the body. With this understanding, there is no valid reason for Arjuna to abandon his duty as a warrior.
