Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
जिससे यह सम्पूर्ण जगत व्याप्त है, उसे अविनाशी जानो। उस अव्यय (आत्मा) का विनाश कोई भी नहीं कर सकता।
English Translation
Know that to be indestructible by which all this is pervaded. No one is able to cause the destruction of that imperishable being.
Commentary (टीका)
The soul pervades the entire body like consciousness pervades our awareness. Just as you cannot destroy space by destroying the pot that contains it, no one can destroy the soul by destroying the body. This all-pervading, indestructible nature of the Atman is the core metaphysical teaching of the Gita.
