Commentary (टीका)
Krishna systematically negates the four elements' ability to affect the soul. The soul is beyond the physical universe composed of earth, water, fire, and air. This verse conveys the absolute invulnerability of the Atman, providing the ultimate assurance against the fear of death on the battlefield.
