Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
If you are slain, you will attain heaven; if you conquer, you will enjoy the earth. Therefore, O son of Kunti, arise with firm resolve for battle!
Commentary (टीका)
Krishna presents the win-win scenario: death in battle leads to heaven, victory leads to earthly enjoyment. Either outcome is desirable for a Kshatriya. This pragmatic argument complements the deeper philosophical teaching, showing that at every level of understanding, Arjuna should fight.
