Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

समत्व बुद्धि से युक्त व्यक्ति इस लोक में ही पुण्य और पाप दोनों को त्याग देता है। इसलिए योग में लग जाओ — योग कर्मों में कुशलता है।

English Translation

One endowed with equanimity of mind casts off in this very life both good and bad deeds. Therefore, devote yourself to Yoga. Yoga is skill in action.

Commentary (टीका)

'Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam' — Yoga is the art of performing action skillfully. This profound definition means that the same action, when performed with awareness and detachment, becomes liberating rather than binding. The 'skill' is not in technique but in consciousness — acting without ego and attachment transforms all action into worship.
