Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
जिसे प्राप्त करके उससे अधिक कोई अन्य लाभ नहीं मानता; और जिसमें स्थित होकर भारी दुःख से भी विचलित नहीं होता —
English Translation
Having gained which, one considers no other gain to be greater; and established in which, one is not shaken even by the heaviest sorrow —
Commentary (टीका)
The state of yoga is described as the supreme gain — nothing in all of existence is considered more valuable. Moreover, once established in this state, even the heaviest grief cannot shake the yogi. This unshakable stability in the face of life's greatest challenges demonstrates the transformative power of yoga. It is not mere philosophical understanding but an experiential state of invulnerability.
