Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
अर्जुन बोले — हे मधुसूदन! जो यह समत्व-आधारित योग आपने बताया है — मन की चंचलता के कारण मैं इसकी स्थिर स्थिति नहीं देख पाता।
English Translation
Arjuna said: O Madhusudana, this yoga of equanimity that You have described — I do not see how it can have a firm foundation, due to the restlessness of the mind.
Commentary (टीका)
Arjuna raises the most human and relatable of all spiritual questions: how can the mind, which is inherently restless, ever achieve the perfect equanimity Krishna has described? This honest confession resonates with every spiritual seeker who has struggled with mental discipline. Arjuna's sincerity in admitting his difficulty makes him an ideal student and invites Krishna's compassionate guidance.
