अयनेषु च सर्वेषु यथाभागमवस्थिताः।
भीष्ममेवाभिरक्षन्तु भवन्तः सर्व एव हि॥११॥

इसलिए आप सब अपने-अपने स्थानों पर स्थित रहते हुए, सभी मोर्चों से निश्चित रूप से पितामह भीष्म की ही रक्षा करें।
English Translation
Therefore, all of you, stationed at your respective positions in the formation, must protect Bhishma from all sides.
Commentary (टीका)
Duryodhana's instruction reveals his strategic concern — Bhishma is the linchpin of the Kaurava army. If Bhishma falls, the entire army's morale would collapse. This also subtly hints at Duryodhana's distrust, as Bhishma had mixed loyalties due to his affection for the Pandavas.
