Commentary (टीका)

Krishna begins His vibhuti enumeration with the most fundamental truth — He is the Self (Atma) dwelling in every being's heart. He is also the beginning, sustenance, and end of all existence. This verse provides the foundational framework: every specific vibhuti that follows is an expression of this universal indwelling presence.
