व्याप्तं त्वयैकेन दिशश्च सर्वाः।
दृष्ट्वाद्भुतं रूपमुग्रं तवेदं
लोकत्रयं प्रव्यथितं महात्मन्॥

Dyava-Prithivyor-Idam-Antaram Hi
Vyaptam Tvaya-Ikena Dishah-Cha Sarvah.
Drishtva-Adbhutam Rupam-Ugram Tavedam
Loka-Trayam Pravyathitam Mahatman.

स्वर्ग और पृथ्वी के बीच का समस्त अन्तर और सब दिशाएँ अकेले आपसे व्याप्त हैं। आपके इस अद्भुत और भयंकर रूप को देखकर तीनों लोक भयभीत हो रहे हैं।
English Translation
The space between heaven and earth and all directions are pervaded by You alone. Seeing this wondrous and terrible form of Yours, O Great Soul, the three worlds tremble with fear.
Commentary (टीका)
The word 'ugram' (terrible) marks a shift — the vision is no longer just beautiful but also terrifying. The three worlds tremble, showing that the cosmic form inspires both awe and fear.
