Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

English Translation

Arjuna said: It is right, O Hrishikesha, that the world rejoices and is devoted to Your praise. Demons flee in fear in all directions, and all the hosts of Siddhas bow before You.

Commentary (टीका)

Arjuna begins his prayer of praise, acknowledging that the world's dual response — devotion from the righteous and terror among the wicked — is fitting.
