पितासि लोकस्य चराचरस्य

त्वमस्य पूज्यश्च गुरुर्गरीयान्।

न त्वत्समोऽस्त्यभ्यधिकः कुतोऽन्यो

लोकत्रयेऽप्यप्रतिमप्रभाव॥

Transliteration

Pita-Asi Lokasya Chara-Acharasya

Tvam-Asya Pujyash-Cha Gurur-Gariyaan.

Na Tvat-Samo'sty-Abhyadhikah Kuto'nyo

Loka-Traye'py-Apratima-Prabhava.

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

आप इस चराचर जगत के पिता, पूज्य और सबसे बड़े गुरु हैं। तीनों लोकों में आपके समान भी कोई नहीं, तो आपसे बढ़कर कोई कहाँ?

English Translation

You are the father of this world, its most venerable teacher, the greatest. There is none equal to You in the three worlds — how then could there be one greater? O Lord of incomparable power!

Commentary (टीका)

Arjuna establishes Krishna's absolute supremacy through logic — He is the father and teacher of all creation. Since no one equals Him, the question of anyone being greater does not arise.
