Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
सब कर्मों को प्रकृति द्वारा ही सम्पादित होते हुए देखता है और आत्मा को अकर्ता देखता है — वही सच में देखता है।
English Translation
He who sees that all actions are performed by Prakriti alone and that the Self is the non-doer — he alone truly sees.
Commentary (टीका)
The enlightened person recognizes that all physical and mental activities are functions of Prakriti (material nature), while the Self (Atman) remains a non-participating witness. This understanding frees one from the bondage of karma. When one no longer identifies as the doer, the chain of action and reaction ceases to bind.
