Commentary (टीका)

The three Gunas are in constant dynamic interplay, each rising to dominance by suppressing the other two. This explains the fluctuating nature of human moods, motivations, and behaviors. At any given moment, one Guna dominates while the others recede, creating the ever-changing patterns of our inner life.
