Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
उन द्वेषी, क्रूर, संसार के सबसे नीच, अशुभ मनुष्यों को मैं बार-बार आसुरी योनियों में गिराता हूँ।
English Translation
Those hateful, cruel, and vile — the lowest of mankind — I repeatedly cast into demoniac wombs in the cycle of birth and death.
Commentary (टीका)
This verse describes the karmic consequence for those who persist in demoniac behavior. God does not punish arbitrarily but allows the law of karma to place souls according to their nature. Repeated birth in demoniac conditions is the natural result of persistent hatred and cruelty.
