Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

काम, क्रोध और लोभ — ये तीन नरक के द्वार हैं जो आत्मा का नाश करते हैं। इसलिए इन तीनों को त्याग देना चाहिए।

English Translation

There are three gates to hell that lead to the destruction of the self — lust, anger, and greed. Therefore, one should abandon all three.

Commentary (टीका)

This is one of the most quoted verses of the Gita, summarizing the root causes of spiritual downfall. Lust, anger, and greed are interconnected — unfulfilled desire leads to anger, and greed fuels endless craving. Abandoning these three opens the path to liberation.
