Holding this view, these lost souls of small intellect and cruel deeds arise as enemies of the world, bringing about its destruction.

Commentary (टीका)

Those who deny divine order become agents of destruction. Their atheistic worldview combined with small intellect leads to cruel and harmful actions. Krishna warns that such people, despite appearing powerful, ultimately cause ruin to themselves and the world.
