कठिनाई से पूरी होने वाली कामनाओं का आश्रय लेकर, दम्भ, मान और मद से युक्त, मोहवश मिथ्या सिद्धान्तों को ग्रहण करके, अशुद्ध आचरण वाले ये प्रवृत्त होते हैं।

English Translation

Taking refuge in insatiable desires, full of hypocrisy, pride, and arrogance, holding false views through delusion, they act with impure resolve.

Commentary (टीका)

Demoniac people are driven by insatiable desires that can never be fulfilled. Delusion causes them to adopt false ideologies that justify their selfish pursuits. Their impure vows and actions stem from this fundamental misalignment with truth and dharma.
