कर्शयन्तः शरीरस्थं भूतग्राममचेतसः।
मां चैवान्तःशरीरस्थं तान्विद्ध्यासुरनिश्चयान्॥
Transliteration
Karshayantah sharira-stham bhuta-gramam-achetasah
Mam chaiva-antah-sharira-stham tan-viddhy-asura-nishchayan

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
— जो शरीर में स्थित भूत-समुदाय को और शरीर के भीतर स्थित मुझ परमात्मा को भी कष्ट देते हैं, ऐसे अज्ञानियों को तुम आसुरी निश्चय वाले जानो।
English Translation
— who torment the bodily elements and also Me who dwells within the body — know them to be of demoniac resolve, lacking true understanding.
Commentary (टीका)
Those who torture their own body through extreme practices also torture the indwelling God. Krishna reveals that the body is a sacred temple housing the Divine, and harming it is an act against God. True spiritual practice nourishes rather than destroys the body-mind instrument.
