Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

English Translation

O Partha, the unwavering resolve by which one sustains the activities of the mind, life-force, and senses through the practice of yoga — that resolve is sattvic.

Commentary (टीका)

Sattvic resolve is steady and unwavering, maintaining control over mind, body, and senses through consistent yogic practice. This kind of determination does not waver with changing circumstances or temporary difficulties. It is the backbone of sustained spiritual practice.
