Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
हे पार्थ! जिस धृति से मनुष्य आसक्तिपूर्वक धर्म, काम और अर्थ को धारण करता है, फल की इच्छा रखता है — वह राजसी धृति है।
English Translation
O Partha, the resolve by which one clings to dharma, pleasure, and wealth with attachment and desire for results — that resolve is rajasic.
Commentary (टीका)
Rajasic resolve pursues the three worldly goals — righteousness, pleasure, and wealth — but with attachment and expectation of reward. While these pursuits are not wrong in themselves, the clinging and craving that accompany them keep the soul bound. This resolve fluctuates based on expected outcomes.
