इदं ते नातपस्काय नाभक्ताय कदाचन।
न चाशुश्रूषवे वाच्यं न च मां योऽभ्यसूयति॥
Transliteration
Idam te na-atapaskaya na-abhaktaya kadachana
Na cha-ashushruushave vachyam na cha mam yo'bhyasuyati

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
यह ज्ञान तुझे कभी भी तपस्यारहित को, भक्तिहीन को, सेवा न करने वाले को, और मुझसे द्वेष रखने वाले को नहीं कहना चाहिए।
English Translation
This knowledge should never be spoken to one who lacks austerity, to one who is not devoted, to one who does not serve, or to one who is envious of Me.
Commentary (टीका)
Krishna specifies four disqualifications for receiving this supreme teaching: lack of discipline, lack of devotion, unwillingness to serve, and envy toward God. Sacred knowledge must be shared responsibly with those who have the readiness to receive it. This is not elitism but practical wisdom about the prerequisites for spiritual benefit.
