Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

English Translation

Some look upon the soul as a wonder, some speak of it as a wonder, some hear of it as a wonder, and even after hearing, no one truly knows it.

Commentary (टीका)

The soul's true nature is so extraordinary that it evokes wonder at every level — in direct experience, in description, and in hearing about it. Yet complete understanding remains elusive. This verse humbles both teacher and student — the Atman's nature ultimately transcends all intellectual understanding and can only be realized through direct experience.
