Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

English Translation

Sanjaya said: Having spoken thus to Hrishikesha (Krishna), Gudakesha (Arjuna), the scorcher of enemies, said 'I will not fight' and became silent.

Commentary (टीका)

The phrase 'Na Yotsye' (I will not fight) is Arjuna's final declaration of refusal. The silence that follows is significant — it represents the empty space into which Krishna's teaching will flow. Arjuna's ego and intellect have exhausted themselves, creating the perfect vessel for receiving divine wisdom.
