Commentary (टीका)

This verse describes the highest form of internal sacrifice — offering all sensory and vital activities into the fire of self-discipline illuminated by knowledge. Rather than merely restraining individual senses, the practitioner surrenders all mental and physical functions to the discipline of yoga. Knowledge serves as the kindling that ignites this inner fire of transformation.
