Others, regulating their diet, offer the life breaths into the life breaths. All these are knowers of sacrifice, and their sins are destroyed by sacrifice.
Commentary (टीका)
Krishna concludes the catalogue of sacrifices by mentioning those who practice regulated eating and offer the very process of living as a sacrifice. He then summarizes that all these practitioners, regardless of their specific method, are knowers of sacrifice and have been purified by their practice. The diversity of methods shows that any sincere, disciplined spiritual effort purifies the soul.
