Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
अज्ञानी, श्रद्धारहित और संशयी आत्मा का विनाश हो जाता है। संशयी मनुष्य के लिए न यह लोक है, न परलोक, न सुख।
English Translation
The ignorant, the faithless, and the doubting soul perishes. For the doubting person, there is neither this world, nor the next, nor happiness.
Commentary (टीका)
After praising the power of faith and knowledge, Krishna warns about their absence. Doubt is identified as the most destructive force — worse even than ignorance or lack of faith. A perpetually doubting person cannot commit to any path, make any progress, or find peace anywhere. This verse serves as a strong motivation to cultivate faith and resolve doubt through knowledge.
