शक्नोतीहैव यः सोढुं प्राक्शरीरविमोक्षणात्।
कामक्रोधोद्भवं वेगं स युक्तः स सुखी नरः॥

Kama-Krodha-Udbhavam Vegam Sa Yuktah Sa Sukhi Narah.

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
जो शरीर छोड़ने से पहले ही काम और क्रोध से उत्पन्न वेग (आवेग) को सहन कर सकता है — वही योगी है, वही सुखी मनुष्य है।
English Translation
One who is able to withstand the impulse born of desire and anger, here in this life before leaving the body — that person is a yogi, that person is truly happy.
Commentary (टीका)
Krishna emphasizes the urgency of mastering desire and anger in this very life, before death. The ability to withstand the powerful impulses of desire (kama) and anger (krodha) is the mark of a true yogi. This is not about suppressing emotions but about having the inner strength to not be controlled by them. Such mastery is the key to genuine happiness.
