Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)

English Translation

One who is happy within, who rejoices within, who is illumined within — that yogi, having become Brahman, attains liberation in Brahman (Brahma Nirvana).

Commentary (टीका)

This beautiful verse describes the complete inner sufficiency of the realized yogi. All happiness, all joy, all light is found within. Such a person does not depend on external circumstances for fulfillment. Having become one with Brahman (brahma-bhutah), they attain brahma-nirvana — the supreme peace and liberation in the Absolute. This is the ultimate goal of all spiritual practice.
