शरीर, सिर और गर्दन को सीधा, स्थिर और अचल रखकर, अपनी नासिका के अग्रभाग पर दृष्टि रखते हुए, इधर-उधर न देखते हुए —

English Translation

Holding the body, head, and neck erect, still and firm, gazing at the tip of one's own nose, without looking around —

Commentary (टीका)

Krishna provides specific physical instructions for meditation posture: the spine, head, and neck should be aligned and held still. The gaze is directed toward the tip of the nose (nasikagra), which helps concentrate the mind. Not looking around prevents distraction. This erect, still posture facilitates the flow of prana and creates the physical foundation for deep meditation.
