Thus constantly concentrating the mind, the yogi with a disciplined mind attains the supreme peace of nirvana, abiding in Me.

Commentary (टीका)

Krishna reveals the fruit of consistent meditation practice: the supreme peace that is nirvana itself, and which abides in God (mat-samstham). This peace is not temporary relief but the ultimate liberation. The emphasis on 'sada' (always) and 'niyata-manasah' (disciplined mind) underscores that meditation requires regular, sustained practice for its full benefit to unfold.
