Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
Thus constantly engaging the self in yoga, the yogi freed from impurities easily enjoys the infinite happiness of contact with Brahman.
Commentary (टीका)
The purified yogi who constantly practices meditation experiences the supreme bliss of Brahman-contact (brahma-samsparsha) with ease (sukhena). The word 'sukhena' is significant — for the purified practitioner, the experience of divine bliss comes naturally and effortlessly. This is the fruit of sustained practice and inner purification.
