युक्त इत्युच्यते योगी समलोष्टाश्मकाञ्चनः॥

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
ज्ञान और विज्ञान (अनुभवजन्य ज्ञान) से तृप्त, अविचल, जितेन्द्रिय — ऐसा योगी 'युक्त' कहलाता है; जो मिट्टी के ढेले, पत्थर और सोने को समान देखता है।
English Translation
Satisfied by knowledge and realized wisdom, unchanging, with senses conquered — such a yogi is said to be united. One who looks equally upon a clod of earth, a stone, and gold.
Commentary (टीका)
Krishna describes the fully realized yogi who is satisfied within by both theoretical knowledge (jnana) and direct experience (vijnana). Such a person is kutastha — immovable like an anvil that remains unchanged despite being struck. The remarkable equanimity of seeing equal value in a clod of earth, a stone, and gold demonstrates complete freedom from material attachment.
