English Translation

All worlds, up to the realm of Brahma, are subject to return, O Arjuna. But having attained Me, O son of Kunti, there is no rebirth.

Commentary (टीका)

Even the highest heavenly realms, including Brahmaloka, are temporary — souls must eventually return to the cycle of birth and death. Only attainment of the Supreme Lord brings permanent liberation. This verse motivates seekers to aim for the highest goal rather than settling for temporary celestial pleasures.
