Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
Under My supervision, Prakriti (material nature) produces all moving and non-moving beings. By this reason, O son of Kunti, the world revolves through its cycles.
Commentary (टीका)
Krishna clarifies the mechanics of creation. Prakriti is the material cause, but it operates under His supervision (adhyaksha). Without His conscious presence, inert Prakriti cannot create. This is like a potter and clay — clay alone cannot become a pot; the potter's intelligence is needed. God's consciousness energizes Prakriti to produce the entire manifest world.
