असौ मया हतः शत्रुर्हनिष्ये चापरानपि।
ईश्वरोऽहमहं भोगी सिद्धोऽहं बलवान्सुखी॥
Transliteration
Asau maya hatah shatrur-hanishye cha-aparan-api
Ishvaro'ham-aham bhogi siddho'ham balavan sukhi

Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
'वह शत्रु मेरे द्वारा मारा गया और दूसरों को भी मारूँगा। मैं ईश्वर हूँ, मैं भोगी हूँ, मैं सिद्ध हूँ, मैं बलवान् और सुखी हूँ' — ऐसा वे मानते हैं।
English Translation
'That enemy has been slain by me, and I shall slay others too. I am the lord, I am the enjoyer, I am perfect, powerful, and happy' — thus they think.
Commentary (टीका)
The demoniac ego reaches its peak with delusions of being God-like — lord, enjoyer, and conqueror. This extreme self-glorification is the opposite of spiritual humility. Such individuals see others as obstacles to destroy rather than fellow souls to respect.
