Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
Even if a person of very bad conduct worships Me with exclusive and undivided devotion, that person should be regarded as a saint, for they have rightly resolved.
Commentary (टीका)
This is one of the most compassionate and revolutionary declarations in the Gita. Krishna affirms that no one is beyond redemption. Even the worst sinner, if they turn to God with genuine and exclusive devotion, should be honored as a saint. This is because the sincere decision to turn toward the Divine is itself the most powerful and transformative act. Past sins cannot stand against the force of true devotion.
