Hindi Translation (हिन्दी अर्थ)
English Translation
Fix your mind on Me, be My devotee, worship Me, and bow to Me. Thus, uniting your self with Me, with Me as your supreme goal, you shall certainly come to Me.
Commentary (टीका)
The concluding verse of Chapter 9 is a perfect summation of devotional practice. Krishna gives four simple instructions: (1) Think of Me (man-mana), (2) Be devoted to Me (mad-bhakta), (3) Worship Me (mad-yaji), and (4) Bow to Me (mam namaskuru). These cover mind, heart, ritual, and body respectively — a complete surrender of the entire being. The promise is absolute: the devotee who follows this path with Me as their supreme goal will undoubtedly attain Me. This same verse is repeated in Chapter 18 as the final teaching of the entire Gita.
